General terms and conditions of business
registration/registration confirmation
Binding registration is made in writing by email to kontakt@aesthetikakademie.de or by purchasing through our online shop. Registration becomes legally binding upon written confirmation/receipt of the invoice from the contractor.
participation fees and payment conditions
The prices published at the time of registration apply. All prices are exclusive of VAT. The amount is due upon receipt of the invoice up to 14 days before the start of the seminar.
Costs for the materials used in the workshop are not included in the seminar fee and must be borne by the participants/models themselves - if necessary. You will receive information about the materials required before the start of the seminar.
Payments/Prices
The course fee must be paid up to 14 days before the start of the seminar. If payment is not made on time, reminder fees may be incurred.
Cancellation by the participant
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following fees will be charged if you cancel your participation:
Up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar, 50% of the total fee is due.
From 4 weeks onwards, 80% of the total fee is due.
Free cancellations are only possible if a replacement participant is provided.
In case of non-attendance or cancellation of the seminar, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course fee.
Should the seminar have to be cancelled, the participation fee paid will be refunded.
Liability
The contractor selects qualified lecturers (alternative practitioners and doctors) for its seminars in the respective specialist areas. However, the contractor assumes no liability for the seminar content and materials or for the achievement of the learning objective sought by the participant.
The contractor assumes no liability for accidents, illnesses, thefts, etc. that occur during the seminar. Participants and contributors are liable within the scope of their statutory liability for damages caused by them.
Implementation changes by the contractor
The Contractor reserves the right to relocate the respective workshop in terms of location and/or time, to use another speaker or to cancel the event if special, unforeseeable circumstances arise for which the Contractor is not responsible (such as illness or other absence of a speaker).
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the contractor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In this case, the contractor will endeavour to inform the participants at least 7 calendar days before the planned event.
If an event is rescheduled, participants can choose between attending the alternative date or receiving a refund of any participation fees already paid. If an event is cancelled without replacement, any participation fees already paid will be refunded. Participants are not entitled to any further claims, particularly claims for damages (e.g. cancellation fees for travel or hotel costs) in the event of changes or cancellation of a workshop.
